"We are excited to be making a start on regenerating an important part
of Burton. The sensitively designed scheme has been welcomed by the local
community.
" We have appointed Pure Construction to carry out the construction as
we believe that they are specialists in delivering this type of scheme on
time and to budget. It is vital for us that the first units will be available
for occupation in early 2008, and Pure have the team to do that..
" A good level of demand is already apparent and the first sales are
expected to be later this month."
